We offer free pickup at my home studio in Lebanon, IN. You will be able to schedule a time to pick up your balloons. Please remember to have an empty car with seats down so you will have enough room for the balloons. We recommend at least a small SUV for all pick up orders.
All rentals must be returned and will be picked up by The Balloon Bar. Any lost or damaged rental items will be charged the current market cost to replace or repair the item.
50% of the invoice total is required as a deposit for events. The full invoice payment must be made at least one week before the event delivery/setup date. For Grab & Go's, the full payment is due upon invoice. We DO NOT accept any checks as a form of payment.
Because The Balloon Bar is a one-woman business, our schedule can fill up quickly. Therefore we do charge a $50 late fee to any event scheduled less than 2 weeks in advance. Thank you for understanding.
outdoor set ups
Unfortunely, we have no control over wind, rain, sun, temperature, or any other facet of weather. WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE ANY OUTDOOR DECOR! We will take steps to minimize the effects of the elements on your decor, but despite our best efforts, most outdoor decor is still subject to popping, “frosting” or fogging the colors, and/or movement caused by wind.
Research advises: Children under 8 yrs can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children.
All sales are final. We cannot offer refunds for balloons popping or deflating once they have been received. However, we assure you we only use the highest quality of balloon products.
If you are not happy with an order, please contact us within 12 hours.
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least THREE DAYS (72 hours) prior to your event date and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking based on our availability.
Cancellations less than three days from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.
